Bottom line he could have taken shortcuts, but my roof had borderline catastrophic damage that could have cost me thousands later on. He showed me the problem and recommended the proper way to repair it without being overbearing. He knows his work and pays attention to detail. He is a knowledgeable, highly qualified contractor and a good Christian man (our conversations on the roof).
If you are looking for the cheapest way out don’t call Mark. If you are looking for excellent, quality, dependable work at a competitive price he is the first man that you should call.

Mark responded promptly, quickly appraised the situation, and within a few days had replaced the hardwood flooring; not an easy task in an old beach cottage as he had to mill newly-purchased hardwood to fit the existing floor. He also identified the leak source and fixed the leaking bathtub and further reinforced the underlying floor joists in the basement under the bathroom.
